サイクリングが平均寿命を伸ばす
We already know that bike riders are among the happiest commuters, but a recent study of Dutch bicyclists found that they may also live longer. According to a study conducted by the University of Utrecht, cyclists in the Netherlands live, on average, six months longer than non-cyclists, People For Bikes reports.

海軍も勧めるプランク |腹筋の代わりにプランクを行う理由
As Big Think reports, both Harvard University and the US Navy are calling for sit-ups and crunches to be replaced by the plank, because it “more accurately measures core strength and because it’s done by holding the body arrow straight while resting only on the toes and forearms it does not subject muscles to strain by motion.”
